I am a psychologist who works with body language as the main form of access to one’s psychological life. Dance itself is curative, and it may serve as an adequate intervention to address personal issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and the release of harmful emotions.

Furthermore, I enjoy working with arts to resignify irrational thoughts that hinder one’s emotional development. My experience has focused primarily on women with issues related to resilience, although I also have significant experience with children and adolescents.
The way in which I work today:
1) Salsa Classes which allow me to read body patterns of my students that are directly related to psychological patterns so we can work on learning processes.
2) Dancetherapy sessions which have the psychological element integrated in the session. We conduct interviews, psychotherapy sessions, art activities, feedback analysis, dance class, etc., according with the necessities of each person.
3) Salsa and Dance rythms combined with workout, wich enhance the potential of the mind and the body.
